Rain City Housing, who oversees the Shelter, has put out an urgent request for weekend meals.

The operating budget of Rain City allows for them to cater meals during the week, however they depend on the community to support meal provisions on the weekend, and their current Take Them A Meal registration is lacking in community meals.

Alternatively, you may call the shelter and they will sign you up to the meal calendar. The shelter number is 604-740-8160. The meals in need are dinners, but they can also could use sandwiches and soup for lunches (for 20 people).
